Description: Project consisted of demolition and rebuilding of center section of existing building. Required a complicated process of meeting different floor and roof heights, as well as adding a basement. Structural steel construction of education, office space, and an AWANA room featuring a Mondo flooring system. Exterior finish consists of EIFS and masonry. This project also included the addition of a ground source heating and cooling system.
